The Secret Behind Failure

How are you? By the way, thank you for your prayers coz I was hired yesterday by CONVERGYS ( March 12, 2009 ) One the biggest company in the BPO INDUSTRY. Our office is in Makati, fronting RCBC. I decided to grab this opportunity because I am running out of Cash and I need to pay bills. I am glad that they have an outright benefits upon hire and it is tantamount as if I was Regularized right away. I was waiting to be regularized in ICT upon 6 months to enjoy the benefits but on February 09, 2009, I was inform that I can no longer pursue my Employment with ICT cause I didnt meet the metrics as well as General Motors is downsizing so I resigned on February 11, 2009.

Honestly, I had sleepless nights wondering and figuring out as to why I didnt make it and mind you for one Month since February 09, I was totally depress and discouraged because I did my best but my best wasnt good enough.

I really cry out to God why HE allow this to happen to me? I told God, I can no longer wait again until six months just to wait the health & other benefits since most Companies today are giving six months probation before they give benefits.

But during the interview on March 12, 2009 at 2PM, I was recommended by the recruitment to have instead the Outbound Collections Account which is not easy to apply in Convergys so God really made a miracle on me yesterday at 4PM, March 12, 2009 upon signing the contract with Convergys.


BUT God has another way as HE said in the bible that:"If there is anything Impossible in the eyes of men, there is no Impossible in God"..

So God Literally Gave me my hearts desire which is Outright Health Care & many benefits plus Basic Salary & US Dollar Incentives & Commission which includes my whole family. The reason why God allowed me to lost my JOb because HE is preparing the better one. HE wants the best for me. Let us not blame God over our failures because God has His own plans for us which is far greater than what we could ever think or imagine for God says:"My thoughts and ways are not like men's ways"..


One thing that attracts me about Convergys is that I was offered the position of Outbound Collections with Basic Salary, US Dollar Incentives & Commission and the other is they will give me outright health card, Insurance & other benefits which includes my whole family upon hire..

I am still looking forward for any Sales & Marketing Position(MANAGERIAL LEVEL) in ICT or other companies and eventually in the USA as part of My Long Range Objective for World Mission as where my heart desire lies.
